This gorgeous 53 year old female was constantly bothered by her heavy, pendulous breasts weighing her down. She suffered from severe neck and back pain as a result. She wore a size 36J cup size bra prior to surgery. She was interested in a breast reduction surgery to reduce her symptoms and for her breasts to be more proportionate to her body.
